Hello, is there any way to configure a BTT action to produce an alert/system sound when successfully performing an action?

you can use the run terminal command action like this:

/usr/bin/afplay /System/Library/Sounds/Glass.aiff

The available sounds are
/System/Library/Sounds/Blow.aiff
/System/Library/Sounds/Basso.aiff
/System/Library/Sounds/Bottle.aiff
/System/Library/Sounds/Frog.aiff
