AI Assistant: OpenAI Subscription Cloud API Provider Fails Connection Test with “Stream must be set to true”

Cannot set up OpenAI Subscription as a Cloud API provider in AI Assistant.

It errors out when I hit Test Connection button:{"detail":"Stream must be set to true"}.
