After Sleep BTT TouchBar becomes disabled and individual gesture/trigger settings get messed up

Describe the bug
When I woke up all the settings for the gestures got reset.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Device information:

  • Type of Mac:Macbook Pro
  • macOS version: High Sierra
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.636

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

BetterTouchTool doesn't change your triggers when waking from sleep.
However there is an issue on some systems that causes BTT to be unable to show the Touch Bar after waking from sleep, in that case you just need to unhide it again. (Easiest is to define a keyboard shortcut and assign the predefined action "Toggle BetterTouchTool Touch Bar".
