After restart, Finder not responding to Better Snap Tool

iMac, Mac OS: 14.2.1 (23C71), BST v 1.9.9

I notice that after my most recent restart, the Finder window no longer responds to Better Snap Tool settings.

All other windows respond. While dragging the Finder, the mouse and cursor highlight as normal.

Note:
Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.
