Describe the bug
I have some keyboard shortcuts configured to override Outlook shortcut keys, but only in certain conditions. For example, Ctrl-E is overwritten to go to the end of the line when editing a message, but not when viewing messages in the inbox. To handle this, I have this advanced condition set up to override the keys:
NOT (BTTActiveWindowTitle CONTAINS "Inbox" OR BTTActiveWindowTitle CONTAINS "Reading List" OR BTTActiveWindowTitle CONTAINS "Vacation Todo" OR BTTActiveWindowTitle CONTAINS "zQuick Reference")
and the same condition without the NOT to pass through a ^E to Outlook directly.
Everything works great, EXCEPT when BetterTouchTool first starts. On its first launch, none of the advanced conditions evaluate until I manually go in to the Advanced Condition Editor. As I enter this panel, the indicator in the bottom left says "Currently False" - then almost immediately transitions to "Currently True" at the same time as some of the other variables to the right (color_under_cursor, connected_wifi_name, etc) are populated with values. As soon as this has happened, I can just hit cancel and close out of the BTT window and the shortcut override behaves as I expect.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
