Add option for "Take Notification Center into account for calculations" in Move/Resize

In the Configure Move/Resize options, please add "Take Notification Center into account for calculations."

I often have notification alerts covering the right edge of the screen and I want BTT to take that into account when resizing my windows. When there are no notifications, I want BTT to resize the window to the full screen width.

@Andreas_Hegenberg is it possible for BTT to detect if there are notification alert/banners open? If not, is there a workaround that BTT can use to accomplish this and resize accordingly?
