Hello, is this in the work? why not adding the ability to add any game controller through USB or Bluetooth?

There is a "Generic Devices (work in progress" within BTT; so perhaps the "Generic USB Game Controller" will work in there.. But the system needs to be able to interpret the button presses, and that's not a one size fits all situation.
game pad support using Apple's game controller framework is on my todo list, but currently not with super high priority.

Is the game controller framework still on your todo list? There are not a lot of robust controller remapping tools available for Mac, and I would love to use BTT for this purpose! (I’m aware of the “Generic Devices” route, but a simpler method would be hugely appreciated)
