With Window Moving and Resizing enabled, it's very easy to accidentally move/resize a window, especially if your modifier keys are also commonly used for macOS shortcuts.
For example, I have CMD set as a modifier key for moving window, so when browsing in Safari and wanting to open a link in a separate tab, I oftentimes end up moving my window around instead, only because I accidentally brushed the trackpad and so moved the cursor slightly in between pressing the cmd key and intentionally clicking the mouse button.
