Active Touch Bar Setting only on missing native app support

Hi,

I would like to know how I can set in BTT that an touchbar modification like golden chaos is ONLY available in apps without native touchbar support and also when I'm not typing to get the word suggestions not override by the modification.

That's not possible because there is no way to determine that. You can however disable it for specific apps.
