Activate Reader Mode for Safari

Hi there.

Im looking for an easy way to activate Reader Mode in Safari.
Either through a button on the toolbar or some kind of gesture/clicking/touching thing on my Magic Mouse.

Does it exist? Is it possible? How?

The default shortcut is shift+cmd+R, you can assign that to any Magic Mouse gesture
