I was setting up a few trackpad actions for a client today - all three were to Launch apps. Then for whatever reason - they didn't work and the assigned app said 'null'. This happened to the middle of the three completely unrelated actions. I then fixed it then closed the app - then the third one stopped working. Again showing 'null'. It seems like a bug? - MacOS 15.5 and latest fresh install of BTT. I went back in and again re-assigned the app then for fun click on each one again to make sure they looked solid and stored. This time they stuck. Any ideas why? This has happened before on my own Mac too.
do you have the experimental dropbox/icloud sync enabled? Sounds like some sort of sync issue
No experimental stuff enabled. I also had this issue on a couple of clients Macs too.
unfortunately I never had similar reports and don’t really have an idea what could cause this. I‘ll monitor this, if I find something I‘ll update here.
