Opened up the community account on the laptops, but did the confirmation email from the phone.
I am typing from the phone because I am unable to access from the laptop. Credentials are identical, confirmed seeing password theough the profile .
Why would one device e allow access but both another when credentials are identical?
maybe try to clean the browser cache, I have not heard of similar issues with the forum software (I‘m using the Discourse platform)
Even using a new browser, I can only log in from the phone.
unfortunately I have no idea, everything about your account looks fine. It's not blocked or anything. Maybe try to create another account or try to reset the password.
