I purchased life time version from limited version. Later I see there were two BTT apps in app folder so i deleted one. Later i was asked for licence, i imported from mail; but its a fresh app.
I had 2023 preset saved on my drive so tried to import one into this version; it gets imported but it does not have my settings inside it still looks blank. Just name of active preset changed to imported one but there is nothing inside.
which version of BTT are you running now?
6.246 at present; the preset made in 2023 is of old btt (dont remember the version).
Before trying to recover anything I'd recommend to do a full backup:
If you want you can send that backup to me (andreas@folivora.ai), then I can check how you can recover your data. The backup might however be quite large.
After you have exported the backup you can also first experiment with this:
Okay, but I have old file which is just preset from 2023, not the whole BTT backup as you just suggested. Can I send that small preset file possible to recover it?

Create the backup now even though the UI doesn't show your setup. The backup will include previous databases that might still contain your data.

I created backup, tried to import back into BTT ; it did not have the triggers / settings which I expected to load from backup - so I have mailed at the backup zip andreas@folivora.ai as you had advice , if that can help me out. Its okay if we cannot extract it out.
you can not import that, have you tried the suggested "Restore Settings From Auto-Backup"?
Yes. I missed saying that in previous messages. I have tried that option but still i don’t have my saved triggers.
Sir, with all due respect, you are trying to gudie me through this but it seems something is not working as expected.
I would try to rebuild triggers again from scratch and if luck works for me you may share list of triggers I had previously in shared (mailed) backup. It’s okay for me if things dont work out.
