About reducing the size of windows

Hi.

I have an impression that when a window is fully maximized, there is no way to reduce the size of it by using a shortcut. Once I press the green button, the windows is reduced a bit and all the shortcuts to minimize or reduce work.

Is there a possibility of creating a shortcut that will help to reduce the size of a fully maximized app?

The "custom move / resize action" allows you to do that. If you post an example of how you would like it to behave exactly I can shows you how to configure that action.
