Ability to disable floating menu dragging

Currently, there is an option to disable the resizing of the menu with the cursor, while there is no option to disable the dragging of the floating menu. Such a feature would be very useful, since it is common to mistakenly move such a window.

Yes that would be a good option! Currently you can kind of achieve this by enabling this option:

Ah this currently doesn't seem to be working in submenus though. I'll fix that now.

v4.835 alpha (uploading now) has an option to disable drag:
