Ability to define keyboard shortcuts per monitor

Use case:

I work in 2 different setups:

  1. At my workstation where I have a large monitor.
  2. On the bed, chair, etc. where I just use my laptop.

I'd like the same keyboard shortcuts (fn+left, fn+right) to work differently depending on the setup:

  1. On the monitor, I'd like to map fn+left to take up 1/6 of the left side of the screen
  2. Since my laptop is smaller, I'd like to map fn+left to take up 1/2 of the left side of the screen

Same goes for the right side, then I'd use modifiers to move it to the 2nd of 6 areas.
