A transparent window often appear on the Stage Manager

Describe the bug
A transparent window often appear on the Stage Manager. Please see the following screenshot.
I use AltTab.app to find that window belongs to BetterTouchTool.app. If I quit BetterTouchTool.app, that window will disappear. In some cases, it will appear. But currently, I can not find a stable way to reproduce this bug.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MBP 16 with M1 Max
  • macOS version: macOS 13.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: Alpha 3.965(2130)

that highlights the window snapping / stage manager settings.
You can configure it in the window snapping settings in BTT in the tab „stage manager“
