I couldn't find an appropriate forum to put this tiny helper action so please direct me there if there's somewhere better.
You know how when you open your Macbook (or wake your Mac desktop), you have to wait a few seconds (for me it's about 5-6) before BTT is initialized and you can use its keyboard shortcuts? Well I got fed up of repeatedly hitting shortcuts like a little child until they worked, whilst waiting for BTT to initialize and created an action that shows a nice HUD when BTT is ready.
It's purely a minuscule QoL thing but I hope that someone out there also finds it helpful.
Note that it uses the "After Mac wakes from sleep" trigger, but I've found it to precisely coincide with when BTT starts responding to keyboard shortcuts, and that it is very reliable.
I don't know the best/typical way of sharing actions, so I created both a JSON link and exported the trigger - please see attached file.
