3-Finger Swipe Moving & Dragging Cursor In Addition to Triggering BTT Action (macOS Tahoe)

Describe the bug
Hey, I'm running into a weird issue and hoping someone can help.
I use 4-finger swipes regularly, and I also have 3-finger swipes configured in BetterTouchTool for things like switching tabs and opening Control Center. The problem is that when I swipe left or right with 4 fingers, everything works as expected - the cursor stays still and the system action triggers correctly. But when I swipe with 3 fingers, the cursor physically moves left or right, and it even drags sometimes, as if the trackpad is treating the gesture as a regular pointer movement instead of a swipe action.
This is completely unexpected - I've been using this setup for years without any issues. It started happening right after a restart, and I haven't changed any settings. I'm on the latest macOS Tahoe and the latest version of BetterTouchTool.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Any idea what might be causing it or how to fix it?

UPDATE - Resolved

For anyone hitting the same issue, I was able to fix it by going to System Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control > Trackpad Options and toggling the "Use trackpad for dragging" option off and back on.

The odd part is that the setting was already showing as disabled on my end - but simply toggling it off and on again was enough to resolve the cursor moving and dragging on 3-finger swipe gestures. Looks like after a restart, macOS may be internally treating it as enabled even though the UI shows it as off.

Might be worth looking into on the BTT or macOS Tahoe side, as a simple restart seems to be enough to trigger this inconsistency. Hope this saves someone some time.
