3 finger, 4 finger click not clicking/triggering

Hi hi; I tried to find a prior solution to my problem, but I'm struggling to find the right search terms.

Everything was working fine until I upgraded Mac OS and now it seems 3 and 4 finger gestures aren't working.

I am trying to set up 3 finger click and 4 finger click and 4 finger swipe.

I'm experiencing this problem with OS 14 and OS 15
It's a fresh clean install and there shouldn't be any ghosts in the machine.

Do you see the triggers in "Recently used"? Also can you share one of your triggers which is not working? I've just tried 3 finger touchpad click and it is working.
