11 second 'glitch'

Describe the bug
Hello - every 11 seconds, the power seems to cut on the MacBook - I thought it was a hardware issue but the Apple folks fixed it by removing BTT. They claimed a daemon was causing it - sorry I don't have more details. Once home I reinstalled BTT (latest version) and it happened again - it's almost like the laptop goes from its dawn-to-dusk power switch? Not sure how to describe it exactly but - for example if I am typing something and the 11 seconds comes around, it will throw me into a different window, or skip some of what I typed. FYI I removed BTT again, restarted, and no glitch.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Screen and touch bar (energy seems to cycle off/on to both)

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Do you have any scripts configured in BTT that run every 11 seconds? (e.g. Touch Bar scripts)
