This is a bug I've known for a long time and across several machines (iMac 2008, MacBook Pro 2012, iMac M1 2020) and several systems (High Sierra, Monterey)
• When waking from sleep, BTT often doesn't click the left mouse button when I tap the left button region, but it's the right button menu that shows up. After restarting BTT, the wrong behaviour will disappear and things come back to normal.
