Hello, I often use conflict menus. When I want to make a change to one of the triggers in the menu, I would like to be able to access the trigger directly, for example my Cmd click on that trigger.

This is a keyboard maestro feature 
As far as I know, this does not work with BTT. The closest thing is to trigger something from the conflict menu and then edit it in the “Recently Used” section. This way you can find it much faster than in the flood of all macros.

it's a good idea, I have recently implemented this for floating menus - should be easy to add it to other menus / items. I'll have a look soon.
