This is weirdly specific, but I noticed that windows moving/resizing features (activated from Window Snapping & Moving => Moving & Resizing Modifier Keys setting) doesn't work properly when trying to move MS Powerpoint and Excel windows. Specifically, feature doesn't work when the keyboard shortcut is initiated when the mouse cursor is in the slide canvas (for Powerpoint) and in the sheet workspace (for Excel). When the cursor is in other areas, such as the toolbar, it works properly.
