With the latest alpha I have seen that the issue about switching between windo switcher fo all open apps and switcher from active app has been fixed, thank you!
I ma experiencing two more problems
Es. I have Safari with two windows opened. In the window switcher for active app I can see both of them, in the window switcher for all apps I see only one of them.
The finder always says ‘Running but no windows’, even if it has multiple opened finder windows.
Is the finder different fron other apps regarding this?

solved for the missing Safari window.
I had an exclude specific apps or windows containing the string ICE.
it’s a toolbar addendum, and has an annoying empy windows showing, but its short name can be easily contained in a window name!
Maybe sometime in the future could be possible to have separated ‘exclude specific app’ and ‘exclude specific window’?
For the Finder thing is a mistery,
all the checkbox you have pointed out are unchecked.
I’m adding 2 screenshots, one of an empty window for specific app while over some finder windows,
and the other for all apps showing the finder row with ‘no windows’
I hope the window switcher can support more display forms. Currently, the most convenient one is altTab, which can display preview windows in a tiled manner. This way, we can use one fewer software. With the powerful and flexible shortcut keys configured in btt, it will be even more convenient.
