I started using fast user switching feature.
Somehow on the new user account, when snapping the movement is now animated, never was on the old account and I can't figure out what is causing it. I wonder if this animation is the reason for the glitch
The glitch is that when I move to a preset snap zone, the window animates a resize but doesn't move to the region. Unless it is already the correct size. So by the second time I do it, it will move. Pretty much it seems like it will not move and resize in the same snap action.
The dragging movement is also dampened or smoothed out somehow when using drag keys. On my main account, the window follows the mouse rapidly but in the new account the movement is dampened.
I'll add that I turned off animation for snapping. I am using the advanced snap areas not corner snaps etc.
