I'm finding, to my frustration, that when I move a window so that it straddles my two monitors, I cannot resize until the window moves wholly to one monitor. I should add that it sometimes works, and that adds to frustration. So I'll say that it works inconsistently. I can't capture a video across screens as documentation. Sorry.
