When enabled in macOS notes, system shortcuts can't be used, even there's no shortcuts in BTT.

Describe the Bug

After changing the customized shortcuts of safari and find, I can't use the default command + C shortcut in macOS notes, even if after deleting all of the shortcuts in find. But after I disabled BTT in notes, I can use command + C again.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

MacBook Air 2020 with M1 chip, 8GB ram and 512GB storage, running macOS 13.4.1(c).

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Air M1 2020
  • macOS version: 13.4.1(c)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.175(2392)

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

I just found that other than Notes, I can't use this shortcut in spotlight also. I didn't test other shortcuts. I also remembered before setting up particular BTT shortcuts, I can use command + C.

Most likely you have accidentally added the shortcut to "All Apps" as well - maybe without an assigned action. Deleting it and just having it configured for the notes app will fix this.

Maybe post a screenshot of your configuration:

If you can't find any conflicting shortcut anywhere you can also go to Help => Export Diagnostic Debug Information and send the result to andreas@folivora.ai, maybe I can find something that's wrong
