weather widget: use 24 hour format for sunriseTime / sunsetTime

Using BTT v3.096.
My OS settings are 24 hour clock + Celcius.
In the weather widget I want to include {sunriseTime}, but this is shown in 12 hour format (AM/PM).
In the date/time widget I can set the time format (in my case: "E d-M H:mm"). Can 24 hour setting be a global setting (or even: inherited from system settings)?

Touch Bar Settings > Basic > Region Settings: select language
