# Watchdog forcing hyper key release after 3s

I have set up the hyper key shortcut for CapsLock. It works fine, but when I press CapsLock longer than 3s, the modifiers are cleared. I can see in the log, that a watchdog timer triggers this behavior. Is the watchdog timeout configureable or can I disable the automatic reset of the hyper key somehow?

I think this should no longer be necessary, I have disabled the watchdog in 6.889 alpha! (uploading)
