# Using regex to show alternative color and icon

I would like to use an alternative color on a menubar item if the underlying apple script contains a "-"

Can somebody please suggest what I need to fill in, in the "Alternate Color Regex:" field?

Alternatively can this be set directly in the AppleScript for a "Menubar item"?

best just enter the "-", it also supports basic search
