Is there any info regarding the User Interface setting. Regardless of what I fill in the fields it doesn't seem to use the settings after pressing the BTT restart button. It would be nice to have a button that fills the values based on the current pane widths:

Ah sorry I missed the screenshot. You mean the minimum widths? They are working fine - for these you also don't need to restart BTT.
Is there a way to avoid that the different panes jump to different widths.
You can set a larger minimum width that would fit all content, 100 is too little for various scenarios.
just switch to some different trigger / view the it will reset
got a beachball, had to kill BTT
The minimum width settings are not respected while you can drag the side of the pane to a smaller width then set in the width settings
