Hi, I just updated my 2018 15" MBP to 10.15.4 and now I can't get BTT to open. I believe that it was updated to the most recent version, but I can't check. The application seems to have the necessary access in the security preferences, and is set to open at login, but it neither does that nor does it open when I double-click on it. I've re-downloaded it and tried to open it from that new file, with no luck. Several restarts haven't fixed it. I'm hesitant to delete the application and lose all of my preferences. Any suggestions? I didn't realize how integral it has become in how I interact with my computer.
Resetting the permissions with this terminal command should help:
tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool

Had this issue with the today's update. Terminal command didn't help, had to delete BTT and install one of the previous versions. Thankfully, it helped.
@Yakobslav There was an issue with the 4.309/4.310 versions that where online for a few minutes. This should be resolved in 4.311
