Updated from 2.x to 3.x and lost all settings/configuration

Describe the bug
Long time user here. Today I decided to upgrade from a 2 year old license to a lifetime license and updated to 3.743. After BTT restarted all my configurations/settings are gone. Sadly the last time I backed up my settings was in 2017. I have a 3-4 dozen binds across 3 devices... Is there any way to restore them? Restore settings from backup didn't have anything from the old setup.

  • macOS version: 11.4
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.743

BTT tries to create a backup before installing a new version. Could you send the ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool folder to me? I might be able to extract your setup. andreas@folivora.ai

Or do you maybe have Apple's time machine backup enabled?
