Unable to move VLC to another monitor

Describe the bug
I have a general short cut for moving a windows on the other monitor. It's work fine except with VLC.
I had worked before, I don't remember when it stopped, but it should be about 6 months ago.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Device information:

  • MacBook pro 15' 2017
  • macOS version: High Sierra
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.605

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Other shortcut like : 'Maximize on windows right' (global rule rule) is working fine, VLC specific rules are also working fine.
I applied the rule to the video windows (not the main one).
