UK-No email confirmation after payment through

I purchased a lifetime license and the payment is made through, but I never received a confirmation email, and I have no way to actually register and active the product.

It's been four days since I made the purchase, I have tried to seek helps by sending emails to andreas@folivora.ai, but not answers yet. Is there anyone could help here in this BTT community?
