UI Column Min Width don't work as expected.

When BTT interface is invoked, the:

  1. "User interface->Trigger Column Min Width"
  2. "User interface->Action Column Min Width"
  3. "User interface->Config Sidebar Min Width"

settings aren't respected until user clicks on one of these fields.

Basically when the UI comes up I can freely scale window without these parameters being accounted for. After clicking one of the said fields the UI constraints kick in and the "min width" settings for all three UI elements works as expected (until the UI is closed, then the constraints go away again and the whole process repeats)
