There is no two fingers drawing triggers. I understand that two fingers gestures are redundant with system's gestures. However, I used to do ring+index fingers to trigger drawing when I was using JiTouch link here which is very effective. I hope that you could develop this trigger option (two fingers with a certain width apart).
