Trigger to open selected text with a specific application

Hi,
I am trying to create a trigger with keyboard shortcut such that I can directly open the selected text in sublime text editor, is that possible?

Create a trigger in 'all apps' with the shortcut you want and perform three actions... command c, Launch Application / Open File / Start Apple Script... sublime text, command v.
