Trigger "Open BTT Preferences" creates a new window, even if a BTT window is already there

Describe the bug
A trigger "open BTT Preferences" opens a new window even if an other one is already opened. Me and my organisation skills just ended up with something like 7 BTT Pref windows :roll_eyes:

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
BTT Preferens Trigger

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBookPro15,1
  • macOS version: 10.14.6 Beta (18G29g)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.858

that's indented as it allows to drag around stuff from one window to a other or have two triggers opened at the same time to compare things.
Maybe I'll make it optional in the future.

Next alpha will change it so that the menubar will always open the existing window, but the main menu item "view => new window" will create a new window.
