Trackpad 4 finger / 5 finger rest

I am using Apple Magic Trackpad (Latest) with my left hand and a Huion HS610 drawing tablet with my right hand (to replace mouse)

I can't click with the pen (regular mouse left click) if I am resting four or five fingers on the trackpad. Nor I can find a way to configure BTT to allow me to do so.

If I quit BTT I can rest my fingers on the pad and the click works.

I am using Mac Mini M4 running on Sequoia 15.7.5, Better Touch Tool 6.503

Could you please advice how I can achieve this setup? I have gone through all the settings and menus and can't figure it out. Google's AI overview suggested to add a trigger for "Four Finger Touch" and add "Apple Default or Do Nothing" as an action but that doesn't seem to fix the issue either. I have also removed all other trackpad gestures from BTT but it makes no difference.
