Touchpad: enable only one finger mouse cursor movement at a time?

Hello,

Is it possible to ensure that my MacBook's touchpad only registers one finger at a time when I am moving the mouse cursor? I find it frustrating when I move the mouse with my right finger and simultaneously left click with my left thumb, the touchpad often registers both fingers and interferes the mouse movement.

So basically: enable only one finger mouse cursor movement at a time.

unfortunately BTT can not do that. This would need to happen at a lower level
