Touchbar Gesture Controls for system touchbar

This might be a system limitation, but i very much like the new gesture controls for the touchbar.

Since i use two finger drag for volume, and three finger drag for brightness, my control strip is tiny, cute and gives me more space.

One problem is that this cant be activated while on system TB's, so I needed to make a global "nothing", activate it if i want to change settings and then close it again.

This might be hard to implement but will be very useful.

Sum up:
Find a way to enable gesture controls on system touchbar views.

I may be adding this soon. However it will be optional as it increases CPU usage a bit :frowning: (there are no good ways to monitor the gesture events globally, thus BTT would have to listen to all of them which is bad but the only way)
