# Touch Bar widget groups

Touch Bar groups allow us to put widgets in a "container" that can be shown/hidden at will. This request is different form that.

I propose adding widgets to sets along with actions that can act on sets. For example:

Widget Set: Volume Controls

- Volume Up
- Volume Down
- Mute

Now I can refer to that widget set in a theoretical "Refresh widget set" action. All widgets in the set would be refreshed just as if I called the AppleScript refresh\_widget action on each one. A corresponding refresh\_widget\_set AppleScript action would also be desired.

This would remove the need to update multiple triggers to refresh individual widgets.
