Hello - I just got a MacBook with a touchbar and I'm trying to use BTT for this for the first time. My question...

What do I do with the JSON code that I copy from shared widgets built by other people? I cannot find where this is described/explained anywhere and Google (nor the search in this forum) is not being very helpful.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

I don't know which specific widget you are trying, but I believe you use it to import presets.

In the main configuration window, click 'Preset' on the top right, then 'import'. Then search the file and click open.
