Tipswipe 3 fingers (1 fixed)

Hi,

I would like to have 3 fingers Tipswipe Down/Up with 1 fixed because it will be easier to make a gesture.
You can try 2 fingers fixed with remain finger swipe Up/down, it will not have enough drag touch length to be recognized,
