Stream Deck -> custom configuration for apps

My Stream Deck is fully controller by BTT.

I have a few buttons for "All apps".

Now i've added a button for a specific app, but when i switch the "All apps" buttons are still visible.

There is any way to clear "unused button" from the "all apps" configuration?
