Describe the bug
Scrolling is very jumpy, It was worse with the helper tool installed. Also in photoshop when using a Cintiq pro 24, whenever I click a tool or use a scroll bar, the click sticks and will drag the tool or the scroll bar. Also, is there a possibility for a function that keeps the touchbar awake when using a Cintiq? I like to use the touchbar to switch apps, but it just sleeps when using the Cintiq. Even just a button that will toggle it awake or force it awake when using a Wacom.
