are you using the Notch Bar feature or any other feature in BTT that needs to record parts of the screen?
Not knowingly. No notchbar feature activated. Touch Bar buttons though with the BTT screenshot tool, but they ain't placed in an open Touch Bar Group
Maybe the "Float Window On Top" action?
Which version of BTT are you currently running?
Sorry, I forgot the version, it's built 4.184
I had the default Notch Bar items (like simulate native Menu Bar icons etc) since I did not delete them months ago. Deleted them now, and the screen recording mention is gone.
Therefor, problem solved. Thanks for the hint, since I discovered it only as I was watching for all configured triggers section
