something wrong with the app

even though I have permitted it by following the instruction , the reminder window still pops up.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac:macbook air 2021
  • macOS version: Sonoma 14.2
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.719 besides the former version

macOS bug. Either try to remove BTT completely from the list in System Settings and add it back manually or try this terminalcommand (while BTT is completely quit) to reset all permissions for BTT:

sudo tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool
